With Puja, like some trades before it, enthused by the project I was invited to stay with her and son, Theo, and the idea for the photography came later. The trade ended up becoming photographing a small group 'Remind me of me' workshop run between her, Anou and Mladenka. Certainly Anou's food and drink offering was a key character in the day, best summarised as mindful eating and fitting with the rest of the themes of the workshop.
Does stopping to take a load of pictures before stuffing your face count as mindful eating? I wouldn't say taking my time to eat is a strength of mine but trades revolving around food are always good trades.
