I'm in danger of coming out the other end of this project rounder than I started. Restaurants, cafés, pubs and now bistros; I can get used to trading with chefs. Guy of Bistro Guy clearly poured a great deal of thought and care into his menu creations while also using them to create a clear distinction in feel between daytime café mode and evening bistro mode.
