Trade 12 | Windermere Lake Cruises
A trade spawned from a couple of tweets. Why take the bus when you can take a boat? My week in the Lake District begun with a soaking wet trek from Windermere to Elterwater, but by the end I was sitting watching the vivid sunset over Windermere Lake from the ship bow thinking I should try using twitter a little more.
That does leave out the several important steps between those two points - equal parts stress and wonder - that I'll elaborate on in upcoming trade posts. But it was James at Windermere Cruises, immediately receptive to the idea, who introduced me to trade 13 that joined the dots in order to keep me in the Lake District. I never actually got to meet James in person but thanks is certainly owed for the three trades spun out of one chance tweet he picked up.
