George, one of the organisers of the festival, was running the Uganda Marathon (Trade 100), we got chatting and just like that we had a trade. What you’re about to see is the fitting behaviour of a large group of highly tuned athletes gathered for a weekend on a peninsular somewhere along the south coast of Wales.
