"What's your next trade?" "I'm staying with a couple to do some food photography their biltong business." "Biltong?" "Yeah, it's like beef jerky." When it's freshly made in the South African way as Ella & Mark offered from their kitchen start up it is undoubtedly its own distinctive snack.
