In her own words, Linda had spent her career enjoying travelling through what she loved and got in touch with me through the recent CNN article interested in paying that forward. Now retired from dancing but still maintaining the energy to embrace New York life, she generously hosted me for the full three weeks (and adding cat sitting to what I can now provide through trade) with the dinners and somewhat hazy evenings out in the city with her and cousin, Cierra, that bookended my time there setting the tone for my visit. An excellent tone.
For the trade the images were to start Linda off on building a web presence as she is in the process of creating/workshopping a method of dance designed to those professionals who can no longer train at the physical level they used to while still seeking something that pushes them.
