When I first spoke to Steve, the owner, about potentially trading he actually asked about this website opposed to the photos. So I suggested I could create a website for the home of the best waffles in York as part of the trade in exchange for said waffles.
As such Rachel and I enjoyed some of the more indulgent breakfasts for the entirety of my last week there, shamelessly photographing every single one...
