Trade 21 | Bison Coffee House
Had I been the coffee fiend I am now during my time as a student in York I would've spent an awful lot of time at Bison Coffee, based a stone's throw from the University of York campus. Unfortunately I was unaware of the cafe and the student central Heslington Road remained only known to me as a pre-drinking destination.
As it had served the owner, Gav, the ability to make an amazing flat white is a universal one that will cover you wherever you opt to live. Until you bring these talents to York and set up shop. Bison was just a short stop/trade but one that got a lot of things right; a worthwhile stop for coffee fiends, bagal fans and any York students reading.
