Trade 102 | A Table Chez Anou

Anou has this food thing down. Clearly. We had met during my first trip to Switzerland last year as part of Trade 59 and stayed in touch for when the next window might present itself to arrange another Trade. 'The Table' that Anou hosts semi-regularly is a gathering of characters - often strangers - for I-lost-count-of-how-many courses of plates presented in such an artful manner that one hesitates to botch it all up with a serving spoon in the name of their appetite. But hesitation quickly dispersed, plates were cleared, stomachs filled and conversation shared as I flittered around with the camera.
