Walking and talking. That made up the bulk of our trade as Noi guided me on a couple of the trails Hong Kong has to offer. With the peaks at the center of Lantau Island presenting views of the villages and countryside on one side and the airport on the other... and the occasional goat. With both the hiking and the conversation being excellent fun.
